Front Speakers not working?

I have a Soundblaster Audigy 2ZS sound card with 5.1 speakers (1 centrespeaker, 2 front, 2 back, and a subwoofer) When i test them, everything works except the 2 front speakers. Can anyone help me?

You mean no test tone in both front speakers?

#. Check the speaker configuration. ( 2ch, 4ch, 6ch or 8ch )

#. Check the cable connected from the sound card's front L/R channels to the speaker system. May be you have connected it wrongly (wrong socket). May be you have a faulty cable.Try changing the cable with the working ones.

#. Check the volume levels. There should be individual volume controls for front, rear, center and subwoofer. Also check the 'wave / wave out' volume level. Some times wave out level only represents front channels.

#. Check the volume levels (front channels) in the speaker system.
