Front and Back walkovers?

Hey! I am taking gymnastics in a couple of days but i really wanted to learn on my own here how to come up from a front walkover and limber. I get stuck in the bridge position and can not come up. please do not tell me to do different things like crunches and pushups because i do those everyday. also on my back walkover i can just barely get off the ground when i kick up. and i can do it off a wall and i stacked 3 mattresses and can do it off that too. please please help me!!!

  1. I can do both.

    Back walkover: You dont have to put your foot in the air! Keep it infront of you and put all of the weight on your backfoot. Then look for your toes. Go back with your arms by you ears! Make it fast and never loose confidence!

    Front walkover: Start with your one foot in the air. Step fast into a handstand with your legs spread! Make it quick and you should come up on one foot!

    There is a really good vid. on youtube.com and its called how to do a back walkover, front walkover. It shows you everystep and how to acheve every part! I hope this helps!  


  2. for your back walkover trying getting in postion to kick over but put your feet on 2 stacked up pillows so they are higher than your hands do this and then when you get better take out one pillow then both!!
