Front load washer makes loud knocking sounds?

Question

Help, i have a front load washer about 4 years old and it makes a loud knocking sound when it switches cycles I think after it spins, it makes 2-3 loud bangs. Also i noticed the other day that when i unloaded the basket (inside part wher clothes go) moves front to back. Is it suppose to do that, I never really paid attention to that part. I know it will spin so I can get clothes out but is it suppose to rock front to back??

hi sounds like it could be the bearings

take off the cover and look inside while rocking the drum see if you notice any thing obvious wrong or call a service man it could get worse and cost more.
