Question:

Frontline for my cats?

I bought a .50ml Frontline (it looks liquid)

How do I apply it?

Is that enough for 2 cats or only for one?

Do I need gloves to apply it?

Thanks

  1. There should be application instructions with it.

We have always applied a drop to the back of their necks where they can't reach to l**k it off.

If you have an infestation - have you tried the water bath trick?

A small bowl of water standing close to a small table lamp.  Add a couple of drops of washing up liquid to the water to break the surface tension, and leave it on all night perhaps on your landing.

Fleas are attracted to the heat and light, leap up to it, fall back into the water and drown!

Keep vacuuming!  Several times a day and empty the container straight into your bin, preferably with some dustbin powder in there.

  2. Depending on which Frontline you bought, I have posted a link to the site that shows how to apply it.  Unless you got it from some non-typical place, instructions should have been present.

Regardless of which particular Frontline product you have, application is the same.  The link I have provided will also access a video that shows in detail how to apply.  The person is not wearing gloves, and it is obvious one pet gets one complete applicators worth of liquid.
