  1. they do the same for killing fleas.  The only difference is that Plus is an improved version of top spot.  Unlike top spot, Plus has an additional active ingrediant to kill baby fleas and eggs rather than only the adult ones.  This means after killing the fleas with top spot, your pet will have a bunch of eggs/larvae, but they willdie after becoming adults.  That's probably why there is a bit of a price difference.  I've always used plus, so idk if it makes a difference..., but one thing to keep in mind is that although eggs/larvae will not irritate your pet much and will die once an adult from the "1 month" top spot, the larvae and eggs can probably get into your carpet, and well since you dont have front line on you could def well get bitten after the eggs have hatched.

  2. Bio spot also helps with mosquitos

  3. frontline top spot

  4. Either will work for fleas, but frontline plus treats ticks as well.  It depends on what you need, and if your cat is indoors only or not.  If he's indoors only, the frontline will work and he won't have the additional chemicals.

  5. Depends on how bad your cat has fleas .... if they have them badly then it might be worth taking them to the vet for professional treatment as a bad flea infestation can make them anaemic and very ill.... otherwise decide which Frontline product meets your needs best .... whichever, I always use Frontline top - the drops that go behind their heads and between their shoulders..... although this year this doesn't seem to have been as effective as in previous years.....
