Frontloading in Pretoria, South Africa?

Does anyone know if it is possible to frontload visa applications with character and health checks for the aus embassy in South Africa?

If so, is it a good idea to do this?Or is it likely that my application may take longer than their validity to be granted?

Front loading can be risky, as it may do more harm than good, adding further delays to the process.
