Frosting & water dripping from freezer in...

Question

have a Zanussi Frost Free fridge freezer. Ice forming in freezer and when i open the door of the freezer water comes out the bottom so its freezing and defrosting inside the freezer at all times. The drawers become stuck with ice and i have to pic and scrape it off frequently Help !!!!!
