Frosty bottom of Leibher Freezer (supposed to be...

I have a large Leibherr premium no frost KGNVESS 5066 fridge freezer. My problem is that the very bottom floor of the freezer keeps getting badly frosted up. Any ideas? do I need someone to come in and if so who do I contact?
