Question:

Frothing wand is boiling the milk!

I've had this machine for 2 months & it's been working fine; making 3 cap's a day. The other day I made a perfect cap, then decided to make a second one. Instead of taking ~1 minute to froth the milk (chilled, 2% milk) as it always does; after about 35 seconds (& no froth) there was a deafening noise coming from the frother. A few seconds later the milk was BOILING, and it never even frothed. (temp was 185) I have since tried 6 more times over the past 2 days, and each time the milk starts boiling (after making very loud noises) and I have no froth & a pitcher of scalded milk. HELP! What happened to my frothing wand? Why is it getting too hot? It is perfectly clean. I clean it immediately after each use. Thanks so much.
