  1. Oh please...don't EVER cook frozen meat or fish.

It should really be room temperature.  Meat is at it's best cooked when at that temp.  When you put cold meat on a grill or in a pan it siezes up and goes....OOOOHHHHHHHH and it won't relax.  :))))

It stays more moist..cooks more evenly and tastes so much better if it is done right.

If it isn't...then wait a bit and let it thaw out!  ESPECAILLY If you are using one of those yucky grills!  those things are as useless as a crockpot in cooking.  It cooks on top and bottom and squeezes out the juice of food.  It is overdone and dry and tough!

JMO of course...but it takes no more time to do it right.  When you spend the money on food...don't put it on a foreman or crockpot...the texture and food is ruined!

  2. Let it cook and poke a small hole in the middle of the burger. If it runs clear, take it off the grill, the burger is done and it will not burn. If it is not done ad it's been a few minutes, toss it in the microwave and defrost it for about 1:00. Then put it back on the grill.

  3. when cooking in foreman grill it is ok to cook from frozen dont worry it is ok
