hi, i wonder if you can help, the hard drive has frozen on the above box, it won't record, play or anything and when you go on the library and try and delete the frozen programme it won't delete and then non of the functions work so you have to turn off at the mains to re-start the functions but the hard drive is still frozen. any ideas. thanks, regards andy.
