Frozen ipod....please help????

okay so my mom has the new ipod classic and it was on hold and she dropped it so now we cant get it off hols becuase when you push the hold button back and forth it still stays on hold. we put it on the ihome and it wont charge...would should we do? thanks

hold down the middle selection button and menu button at the same time for 6-8 seconds

plug it in. click restore. if that doesnt work, take it to the apple store.

Ok Press Menu and Ok at the same time

Its happened to me alot just press "Menu" and the Play button!

if u haven't tried this already. try restarting it. press the menu and middle button and hold them both for like 10 secs.

if this doesn't work contact apple.

That happened to me before..you have to hold the menu and enter button at the same time.
