Question:

Frozen vegan foods?

I've been looking for frozen vegan foods that are gluten-free. I already find it hard to find vegetarian foods, or even organic fruits and vegetables. I'm not a great cook, and in fact, I'm too lazy to cook at times. So, anything that I can use in the microwave would be great!

Are there any frozen meals I can get without having to order them online?

  1. Amy's frozen meals are good and some are gluten free. Here is a site where you can buy them online.

    http://wellnessgrocer.com

  2. http://www.peta.org/accidentallyVegan/Ve...

Also, try Amy's http://www.amyskitchen.com/ You can find these products at many supermarket chains

    Or Morningstar and Boca products.

Also, Tofutti sells ice cream and dessert, but they also have pizza: http://www.tofutti.com/frozenfoods.shtml

  3. I sometimes have amys

My avatar is almost the same as yours :P

  4. Micro wave! I would avoid that if possible. Have you considered eating raw. Be an animal and hunt down something green in the market. I notice there are fruits and berries available frozen. Try defrosting in the refrigerator. Eating healthily takes planning. If you are a bit slack as you said perhaps you should consider examining your motivations for being vegan or if the cruelty free diet is supplying you with sufficient nutrients.
