  1. THE BEST ONE I'VE HAD IS A SALAD WITH THE FOLLOWING ITEMS IN IT:

LETTUCE,  CUCUMBER, RAISINS, MANDARIN ORANGE SECTIONS, GRAPES PURPLE AND GREEN, SQUASH, CARROTS, SUNFLOWER SEEDS, CEERY, BELLPEPPER, ONIONS, TOMATOES TOPPED WITH ZESTY ITALIAN DRESSING, YUMMY YUMMY GOOD

  2. I love to make a stir fry with broccoli, sliced red peppers, yellow onion and green beans. Just sautee them in a little olive oil with some soy sauce. I love to eat it over brown rice. yummy!

  3. I love pineapple, lime, and pear put on a stick, then roasted on the BBQ. Also you can roast lemon, green pepper, mushroom and tomato. Delicious!

  4. I think my favorite things to make with fruit are smoothies! They're so easy and you can make 'em however the heck you want. Here's a starter recipe:

    2 unfrozen bananas

    1 dozen strawberries

    1 cup apple juice

Directions: Put in blender. Blend until smooth. DRINK.

How hard is that? This guarantees a smooth consistency. If you want it creamier, add some silken tofu and 1/2 cup apple juice per 1/4lb tofu. If you want it more like an Icee, add ice. You can add pretty much any fruit you want from there, adding more juice to taste.

Fruit and chocolate is another good choice. Hershey's & Nesqik syrups are completely vegan. Some types of cool whip/whipped cream are also veg, but I'm drawing a blank at the moment.

As for fruits that go together, any combination of mangoes, peaches, and oranges is pretty much guaranteed to be heavenly. Apples and pears go well together, along with grapes. Berries also mix well, although you don't appear to be a fan. Apples, pears, cranberries, and oranges go well in salads with vegetables.

As for stir-fry, I usually just throw stuff in a pan until it tastes good. I like to use a lot of onions, garlic, and peppers, but that's just me. ;]
