Would a Fruit and Vegetable Diet be safe? because I know I would be cutting back on alot of protein. and that can lead to muscle loss, and lack of calories, and not enough fat and all that.
But what if I drank protein shakes? (because exercise and working out are a big part of my life, and protein is actually quite needed) and ate alot of beans, nuts and stuff too?
I dont want to lose weight or anything,
I just want to be a vegetarian, and not eat dairy products.
So wut yall think? Good Ideas or Bad Ideas?
