Fruit and my five a day

i wont to start eating my five a day BUT..

i only like

Apples

orange

grapes

that's only 3 a day i like allot of yogurts and hate milkshakes wot else

can i have wot will go towards my five a day please?

  1. Veg: carrots, brocolli, tomatos (technically a fruit), sweetcorn, sprouts, cabbage, peas. Pineapple? Peaches?

    5 Veg a day are better for you than fruit anyways.


  2. Vitamin Pills! Eating the real fruit is healthier, but if u don't like fruits, vitamin pills are another way!

  3. Interesting point: Have you ever tried NOT eating this 'five-a-day' nonsense and noticed ANY difference.............. I rather think you won't - except in your purse ! ! !

  4. Try drinking fruit smoothies with banana, strawberiies, just mix loads of different fruits in and taste it , its really nice! ( it will count for about 3 portions of fruit in one smoothie)

  5. They say if you eat a food 10 times you will start liking it. So give some other fruit a try like:

    avacodo

    berries

    banana

    grapfruit

    peaches

    plums

    apricots

    watermelon

    cantelope

    Go to the grocery store and pick up some fresh fruit you like and try a couple new ones like maybe star fruit or something else you have never tried. .

  6. so have two apples and two oranges...

    anyway I thought it was 2 fruit, 5 veg?
