Fruit flies, how to get rid of them?

There coming from my sink and it's clean, what can i pour down there so i kill them all?

Are you sure it's your sink and not a garbage disposal?  Also, do you keep your garbage under the sink?  Fruit flies usually only appear if there is food, fruit, nearby.  Maybe it's outside your window or a plant on the sill?  If they are really from your sink (drain I would suppose), try using some Draino, you may have a clog building in the drain.
