i like fruit smothies and i ony have one recipe i want to know yours plz.

  1. Vary the ingredients as much as you'd like, and these are just approximate amounts:

    4 Ice cubes  

    1/2 cup cold water

    1/2 cup Apple Juice

    1/4 cup Cranberry Juice

    1/4 cup Raserries

    1/4 cup Cranberries

    1/4 cup Strawberries

    1/4 cup Plain yogurt

    as much as you'd like of shurbet, I like to use Lime!


  2. I keep mine really simple- a few handfuls of fruit (I ♡ berries), a little low-fat milk, about 4 or 5 tablespoons of low or non-fat yogurt, and some ice. It's healthy, low-fat, and tastes like a yummy shake!

  3. just hit jamba juice its the bomb!!!!!! but if you wanna make them at home, for some reason i nver fallow a recipes i just throw in whatever i have in the fridge, like frozen fruit and what not. ooooo but add sherbets to it mmmmmm that makes them super good or like yogort or ice cream. yea there yum yum
