Fruit/veggie meals??

i want to try to eat mostly only fruit and veggies for a while. i will be eatting some protein every day but mostly fruit and veggies. so for breakfast i can have a mixture of fruit and for snacks an apple or a veggie or something. and lunch and can do fruit and veggies but what about dinner? are there any kind of main dishes i can make with fruit? please not fruit salad or pies because those arn't main meals. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

  1. Don't forget to add yogurt, cheese, hard-boiled egg or nuts to your breakfast and lunch......

    WIKI WIKI CHICKEN SALAD

    2 c. cooked, diced chicken

    1 c. pineapple chunks

    1 c. seedless grapes, halved

    1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted

    mayonnaise, salt, pepper

    lettuce leaves

    Combine chicken, pineapple, grapes & almonds with just enough mayonnaise to lightly moisten.  Season with salt & pepper and serve on lettuce leaves

If you dont' get around 50 gm. of protein a day, your body will start burning muscle as a protein source.  You will find yoruself weak and run-down after a week of that.  So I'd suggest you have cottage cheese and fresh fruit, or very lean meats alogn w/ your fruits/veggies.  Make lettuce wraps w/ veggies and lean fish or chicken in them, or even hard-cooked egg.  Have egg salad or peanut butter on apple slices.

    You can alwasy stew fruit in the oven.  Top w/ a few oats and nuts to make the top crunchy.
