Why not combine the two, and have a salad of warm goats cheese with cous-cous, freshfigs served on a bed of rocket and lettuce, or to cleanse your palette a fresh lime and fennel sorbet. Fruit and vegetables just as well as other ingredients do. Heres a dish to try avocado,orange and almond salad. Experiment and enjoy the flavours.
