Fruits Basket Fan Book 2...?

I'm curious about the second Fruits Basket Fan Book, which I have been awaiting in English and will be for a lot longer. However, unlike the rest of the books, there is almost no info about this book online, or anything. Can someone tell me a site that has scanlations or something? Thanks!

According to Wikipedia: The second fan book, Fruits Basket Fan Book - Banquet (???????????????/?, Furutsu Basuketto Fan Bukku /En?), was published in Japan on March 19, 2007 and contained 187 pages; it is scheduled to be published in English by Tokyopop in May 2010.
