Preferably in English or with English subtitles.

I don't know if this website has all of them, it has 1-26. I probably sound clueless because I don't know how many episodes there are.

Well I'm pretty sure NarutoEngDub.com/Justdubs.net has them.

You won't find anymore but the first ep on YT cuz thats where I download them. They really only have Korean Dubber(no subs) and j*p dubbed with spanish subs.
