Fruits that can help me to have better eye sight?

my spectacle degree is very high! i want to know whether i can eat what type of fruits to control my eye degree and not getting higher and higher??

  1. Although a lack of vitamin A is linked to blindness, an excess of vitamin A doesn't increase vision.   Generally the shape of the lens is what determines eyesight.  There are other things like disease, tumors, brain damage and nerve damage that can affect eyesight too most of those can't be corrected by what you eat.


  2. I don't know about fruits but carrots are suppose to be the best for eyesight.

  3. My mother always told me that carrots help you see better at night. I don't know if it's true though. I'm 44 and still have 20/15 vision.

  4. Fruits and vegetables with the color orange have vitamin A, which is necessary for your eyes.  Sunflower seeds are also high in A. However, your eyesight cannot be corrected by eating certain foods or even taking a large dose of vitamin A. You need to discuss it with your eye doctor and possibly get laser surgery.
