Frying......?

Question

Would it be possible at some point for restaurants like McDonalds, Burger King and KFC places like that to fry with Olean. Or i think its also Olestra. They make light potatoe chips with it that I adore, and they have 70 cals no fat. So, could the restaurants fry with this?

I would enjoy that to but due to extreme difference in cost between that and soy oil, which is what most restaurants use, they would have to raise the menu prices too much. Sorry but I don't see it happening any time soon unfortunately.

Olestra is just as bad for you as regular oil is.
