My boyfriend called me on Sunday, saying he finally had an address and he would send it on Tuesday, since Monday was a Holiday. It's now Friday, and it didn't come in the mail today. He's in GA, and Im in VA,should I get it by tomorrow? I know this is prolly a lame question, but while he was in Reception, he sent me 4 letters. So Im just dying to finally be able to send him letters back. Thanks for any answers =)

  1. dont stress out too much. sometimes sending and receiving mail on post takes a while to get through due to them having to sort things according to units and furthur breaking it down. sometimes it can take as long as maybe two weeks.

  2. Well, my boyfriend went to Ft Benning this summer and he had plenty of time to mail me.  I didn't think he would, but he somehow found time, so I hope he writes you.

But..he was in Georgia and I live in Arkansas.  It only took 2 days for the letters to get here.  But I hope he writes you.  He'll be busy if it's the beginning of basic, but he'll write.  I bet he misses you by now.  :)

  4. They usually take 3-4 business days to arrive once recruits are assigned their addresses. However, it can also take much longer.

  5. Relax.  Things will fall into place soon enough.  I was stationed at Ft Benning back in 1959.  He has a lot of things to deal with, and a lot of things to do. Monday will probably bring you the mail you are longing for.

  6. You get it when you get if he sent it. Lighten up, he's Busy!
