I printed the wrong amount of postage for my package. I added stamps to make up the shortfall and went and posted it, when I came home I found my husband had cancelled the on line label that has just gone in the post box on my parcel, I called paypal and they said to just pay on line for another label for the same eBay transaction and it should still be covered in the post do you think that will work? if it doesn't what will happen to the parcel, will it get sent back to me?

  1. unlikely to come back to you, the buyer at the other end may be requested to pay postage(which may mean you have to refund some of their money back to them)this is what ahs happened to me before being the receipient of an unpaid letter!!!

  2. Nothing Will happen

  3. In case Recipient, refuse to accept, you will get it Back. Possibility of Recipient, accepting the package, while paying the difference, can not be ruled out. In that eventuality, you shall refund the difference, to the buyer without any fuss.

Keep your fingers crossed, till you hear any thing from the buyer or the postal department.

    With all the Best.

  4. The receiver will get a letter/card through the door. to collect the parcel from a collection/main branch post office and have to pay the remainder of the postage costs to get the parcel. or that will happen to you if it is not collected.

  5. the postage label printed by paypal has a small barcode on it, when scanned it will give the details . its possible it might get returned to you, or they might not check it.
