Fuel Leak. I have a RGBV 3100 Mulching Blower Bacuum. It leaks profusely from one of the two fuel

I have a RGBV 3100 Mulching Blower Bacuum. It leaks profusely from one of the two fuel tube connections to the fuel tank. The leak occurs at the connection of the tube from the thumb press used for starting the device.
The fuel tube to the motor from the fuel tank has a plastic gland.
The leaking tube has no such gland.
How do I seal this leaking tube going into the fuel tank?
