Fuel Problems on a 2001 Johnson 90 hp?

Took my boat out over the weekend. Boat ran perfectly Fine all day Saturday. Sunday morning, put the boat in the water, cranked fine, and shortly after leaving the dock, it cut off on me. After priming the bulb, the motor started, ran for about 10 seconds and shut off again. Had someone keep squeezing the primer bulb in order to keep the motor running. Was trying to get back to the landing, then the "no oil" light came on. Shut the boat off, started it back up, and the light went off. Run it for about another minute and the light came back on. Kept doing this until we got to the landing. Never had any problems with the light coming on before then.

I pulled the fuel lines off where they seperate to go to the fuel rails for the carbs, and was not getting and fuel from the point unless I squeezed the primer bulb. Have also checked to make sure there were no restrictions in the fuel lines.

I went ahead and rebuilt the pump, but I''m still having the same problem. Before I replace the pump, I want to make sure that there is nothing else to check that would be causing this problem. I also would like to know if I am getting power to the VRO and check the continuity of the wires to make sure I dont have any shorts in them, if this would even cause the "no fuel" problem. Any suggestions quickly of what to look for, test, and try would greatly be appreciated!!
