Fuel Reimbursement - Detail Required.

Question

For the fuel reimbursement from the company do i need to give my car insurance. I heard that it is not required. Can someone let me know whether i need to give an insurance copy or only the RC is enough. If there are any laws that i can refer please let me know.

Nope. I do this all the while and I have never been asked for Insurance. RC copy - yes, but that is all that is.
