  1. P0191 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance

P1075 is not documented, are you sure It is not P0175 System Too Rich, Bank No. 2

Likely the pressure regulator is faulty, or a restriction in the return line, Unless it is a returnless fuel system (single supply line from fuel tank).

  2. Yes it is a return system and that has no bearing to the problem.  The press should be 43PSI so your running high, so high the rest of this answer is probably pointless.  .  Is the vac hose getting vac to the regulator and are all the vac hoses around the engine in good shape.  The car should have 20 inch of vac at idle.(do you have a vac gage)  If your vac system is good then its time to change the regulator.

The cars computer is expecting the right PSI and does not know when the PSI is to high and keeps on thinking the PSI is correct..

Why is this question in Mitsubishi section if it was a SHO Taurus it might be in the Yamaha section for the Yamaha engine..
