FuelFilter 2003 Ford Expedition?

Does any one knows were the fuel filter is on a 03 Expedition 4.6

Like said, it's tucked under frame rail on that particular year.  I'm betting the newer ones went in the tank, but that is neither here nor there.

Unless my Chilton's manual is lying to me.

It's under a cover that attaches to the fuel tank on drivers side of fuel tank. Ford uses no in tank fuel filters currently that I am aware of in the US

(the only filter used in the tank is a screen (aka sock) that does not need replacement unless pump needs replacement)

inside the gas tank. they do that so it cost a fortune to replace such a simple item. Your better off with a 1946 ford pickup

Barnicle bill is wrong the fuel filter is located on the the dirvers frame rail. Right in front of the fuel tank

It's in front of the fuel tank on the frame rail, but you will need a special tool to remove it.  If it has the plastic clips, be careful not to break them.
