  1. to be truthful...i wont bother abt other brand other than canon.

    it offer me the best picture quality consistenly!

    e entry level would be the ixus80is

    my personal fave is the ixus860is, with a wide angle 28mm!!

    and the lens is generally sharp with jaw droppin macro performance!!

  2. i have a fujifilm finepix and it gives me great picture so i love it, but to be honest i have never used casio, this is the first time i've heard of it, so i don't know if it's good or not but i do love my finepix

It depends on what model.  There are Finepix models in the F series with large sensors, which greatly improve their low light performance.  There are also higher end ones with image stabilization.  There's a Casio Exilim with higher resolution video mode than normal and its videos are optimized for YouTube.  What are your priorities?  

    By the way, I own a Fujifilm Finepix F10.  I've been very happy with it.  It's discontinued, but its sequels (F30, F50, F100) are very good.
