i have videos on it i downloaded the softwere and only the pictures show up.

what do i do.

  1. if ur on a pc, try filemgmt-win explorer:

    - usb.connect ur digicam to pc or remove memory card & insert to usb.card reader

    - click desktop/start/ (my)computer

    - can view digicam or mem card as a removable drive

    - copy/ paste video & pic files from there to pc folder
