Full Duplex

Hi there.
I have a ZyWall 35 Firewall and its set to Half-Duplex, and i cannot for the life of me find where to change it to Full-Duplex.

Or the fastest speed possible.

I do not have access to the firewalls command line, but i have the GUI interface up.

Could you tell me where to go to change this?
