I'm nearly 16 years old.

Left school legally, depending that i get a full time job.

I live in Whitfords, Hillarys area.

  1. Goodness - you're so lucky being young and looking for work in WA.

    Do anything you can to get work in the mining industry. I know it's bad for the environment, but maybe you can do some good "on the inside".

    Even if you have to travel to Kalgoolie and clean toilets. They earn $60 an hour and up for the lowest paid jobs, in small mining towns!

    The good thing for you is they're desperate for people, so finding a job won't be hard out there. Try to work your way into any of the mining companies later on. If you're lucky, they will train you into different, more specalised jobs. Then you make the big bucks - $100,000 a year and up up up.

    You could work for a few months like that and take the rest of the year off, if you wanted.

    Jobs in WA have overtaken NSW in a big way - so head to the mines, young man!
