Full moon affecting brain and heart?

More crimes take place during full moon? True or false? Does the full moon affect the brain the way it affects the level of the sea water?

Can full moon be accused of giving strokes and heart attacks to people for the same reason (affecting the water / liquid levels? )

It is impossible to say that the full moon affects human water level and homeostasis since our body is controlling that while the sea is controlled by both the moon's and earth's gravity. Human water homeostasis is ONLY controlled by Earth's gravity since we are terrestrial organisms ^_^
