  5. No, you are free to go to a company that offers health insurance. You choose to work for your employer, at will. Your employer may not be able to afford to offer health insurance to his employees. But, you might want to ask him if he is willing to offer a policy for his employees, if they pay most of the premium. Maybe you can work something out.
