Full time working moms, How do you handle it all?

I work on opposite shifts to dad.  We each do what we can to handle it all together.  And, I've learned to prioritize when things get overwhelming, then ignore or approach differently the things that just aren't important.

I'm a full time working mom as well as a single mom who has no help from my son's father.

How do I handle it?  Well....... Every other weeknight, I don't clean.  I just let the dishes pile in the sink, and whatever else needs to be done I just leave it for the next day.  Those evenings are dedicated to my son - we play on the floor, go out to the playground, go for a walk, whatever.  The next night, he plays in his playpen while I clean (I have a 2 BR apartment).  On the weekends, I try to get everything (cleaning, etc) done on Friday night so I can dedicate my whole weekend to him.  

Sometimes I fix dinner, sometimes it's easier to pick something up on the way home.  It depends on how tired I am.

It's stressful, I'm always worried about getting the bills paid, etc.  But looking at my son and seeing his face and watching him grow, makes it all worth it.
