Could be Papua New Guinea, but is more likely to be  .png for "portable networks graphic", a particularly handy digital format for images. Apparently, cool graphics types call them "pings", similar to "tiffs" and "jay-pegs".

If you are a mapmaker specializing in the western Pacific, you might well have a file on your computer called PNG.png!

Oh, but I'm supposed to point out that this category is supposed to be about the education of individuals with disabilities, and your question does not seem to be about that.
