Ok, Fulltilt support SUCKS. I've been waiting 2 days for a response, and still NOTHING. Here's my question to them. Both me and my wife had accounts on there. At first she transferred a little bit of cash to me so I can test the site out. Well, I like it at first so I went to deposit some money in it. I used the same bank account she does (we have joint checking), and all of the sudden (right then and there) my account got locked out! I am thinking, what the h**l happened? I emailed them, and NO RESPONSE. I am so irritated. How can they deny me, when I have a seperate poker account from my wife, but the same bank account? I am ready to go to another site already. Please help.

  1. Playing on another site is probably the best option. This is frowned on, too much risk of collusion.

  2. Full Tilt support does suck.  Their system will have blocked your account for IP check mismatch.  Their support staff are pretty much non existent.  you can try this number if you like 1-888-TILTPAY.

It's a secret number they don't like people knowing about.
