  1. Spades of Columbia is spot on.

    It's possible, but the process to go through is lengthy, annoying and expensive.  And then actually purchasing the full-auto weapon.  Holy smokes, their ridiculous now a days.

    I think with supressors, you will have to justify your reason for applying for the license.  As I understand it, you can be rejected just because they don't like your reason--but like I said, I'm not at all an expert on this.

  2. Just go ahead and give James his ten points

    ====================

    Yep

    Give the points to James

    The other two are wrong on too many points

  3. With the right license you can own just about anything, including aw's and suppressors.  More than likely it will require a class 3 license (probably a couple of hundred$) and a non-refundable background check via the ATF, FBI, and other agencies.

    Oh...and FYI...suppressors ain't cheap.  They will likely cost about the same as your gun, and then you'll have to buy sub-sonic rounds (lower volicity that will not go the speed of sound) that are more expensive.

  4. yes...it will cost you $200 for the tax stamp to legally own a full auto... it will cost you $200 more for the tax stamp for the supressor...and If you are lucky enough to find a full auto in a gun you like you will most likely pay more than $6,000.  Full auto guns are not cheap

  5. Yes,

    A quick check revealed Class 3 dealers in Mesa and Scottsdale, there are probably more as well.
