Fully rifled barrel?

can i use rifled slugs or sabot slugs in a fully rifled barrel , or to make the question more understanding which slugs should i use for a fully rifled barrel. and up to what distance its a slug accurate using a fully rifled barrel

  2. If you have smooth slugs, us can use it in a rifled barrel.

    Rifled slugs are to be used for smooth barrels.

    Using rifled sugs in a rifled barrel leads to lead buildup or fouling.

    Keep in mind that the shot distance depends upon air density, ballistic coeficient, initial trajectory and muzzle velocity.  Muzzle velocity depends upon slug weight, chamber pressure, and friction drag.

    A smooth sabot out of a rifled shotgun is "accurate" to 80 yards or so.

    Accurate meaning, can it hit the deer in the humane kill zone.
