Fumigation question??

Question

Is fumigation is necessary when u have dry-wood termites & subterranean termites?? how do i know that the company is doing it the right way and using right chemicals? Also how do i know the contracter perform their work necessary and correctly to get rid of the termites? How does the company(s) treat subterranean termites and how long does the chemicals (if any) stay in the ground and wood? Is orange oil reliable on drywood and subterranean termites
