Fun, Creative Hammy Names?????

Hi!

Im trying to find some fun unique names for a male hamster i might get soon. One i've come up with so far is Tostitos, like the chips...

I need creative stuff like that. Thanks!!!

Well, what I like to do when I get another hamster, is wait until I see it to decide the name for it. (that way I can use it's apperance in it's name) My favorite name I used was when I walked into the pet store, I saw this little baby hamster that kinda looked like a pig with its fur color, so I named her Piglet ^_^.

Determine your hamster's gender- this will obviously affect what name you choose.

Try not to use popular names such as 'Hammy'. Come up with something new.

Observe it's behavior. If it likes to stuff things in it's cheeks, name it, for example, 'Cheeks'.

Don't make it's name longer than 3 syllables. It can get very annoying to say the long name every time you refer to your hamster!

If you have more than one hamster, make sure that their names aren't that similar. Tic and Tac are fine. Tic and Tik are not.

If you have problem choosing, try a book of baby names that will help you try to discover what would suit your hamster best.

Find adjectives to describe your hamster. Try saying them until you find one you like. (Ex. Fluffy, Fuzzy, Tiny, Chubby, Bony)

Name it after someone you like. For example, if you like books by Charles Dickens, name him Charley.
