i know this sounds LAME but when i was in like 5th grade, i used to draw little cartoon characters, and write the notes next to their bodies as if they were sayin it. lol im in 9th grade now, so i wouldnt suggest that. lol but, try using markers or something to make your notes look colorful. and label them?

I would draw pictures to say in a different way what your notes say. So write your notes and then draw a picture

Take only the important info down. Using different colored pens MAY be able to help too- more attractive to look at. Also, use diagrams, charts, and webs, and bullet notes to simplify your notes. that way you can write more with less time. good luck:)

tape the class with a recorder then during class just try and get down the main topics discussed. after class you can listen to the tape for the small stuff you might have missed

write litle phrases in random places of the papaer, than circle it.  You don`t even have to write it in the lines.  high-light the circles that you think have the most important notes.  But if your teacher is going to check your notes, than you should make them the  old fashion way, and just put litle dot next to the impotant stuff.  You can do different colours, if it's very important use yellow, not so important green, did't understand blue, etc...

Draw little pictures or something around them and detail them without making them to long so that when it comes to studying, you have the information you need with out boring yourself. I wish we could just take notes, at my school but we have to do loads of work instead but when I go to school again after summer I might push myself a bit and try to take notes too.
