Fun Cottage Activities?

Question

There are 3 kids, all are boys - two are close in age, one is 4, the other 41/2 and the other child is 10. There are also 6 adults.

I was hoping for good ideas where everyone can be involved, and also ideas that all of the kids will enjoy and can do with little adult intervention.

Also, what outdoor toys/games do you recommend?

Have a scavenger hunt. It's fun for all ages.

You can play tag, hide and seek, maybe set up a sprinkler for the kids to run through, a kiddie pool, sand box, jump rope
