Fun Fantasy Football Activities, Prizes, Handouts, etc?

I just created a fantasy football league with a few of my friends in college. We already had the live draft and have agreed to pay $5.00 each to contribute to a "winner's pot". I was justwondering if anyone here has done other stuff to make their leagues more fun and enjoyable... please share your ideas and be creative!

well you could play for more than $5 for starters OR charge $2 for each trade / FA pick up.

you guys could do what a few of us have done & buy a gaudy trophy for the winner. after you graduate you could pass the trophy on to the nxt group / leave it behind OR keep it, stay in touch & mail it to the winner each year at the expense of the former champ.

getting together each week w/ the Sunday ticket, a lap top & Stat Tracker to watch the games & talk trash while seeing how your teams are doing vs. each other.

If you have 10 teams or so, your draft is going to take about 4 hours and no one is going to pay attention to anything else.

If it's just a few guys, maybe you could have something else going on. How about a rotating fantasy football party each week at a different guy's house?

You can also make side bets (I bet my my player X will get more points than your player Y).
