Fun/Funny things to do when Camping?

Question

Does anyone know any fun or funny things to do while camping? I'm gonna need some because I can't think of any and I'm writing a fanfic that includes camping, (Death Note Camping!, check it out...) and need to find some ideas. If you want to check out the story, or first story related to it, then my fanfiction account is NearTheEnd. Nyeh, mmkay, back to the question. Um....yeah!

Select a theme ahead of time.  Do you like baseball?  Check out the campgrounds near Cooperstown; camp there and truck on into the village to tour the Hall of Fame.  And when you realize how tiny the d**n thing is, tour the Farmer's Museum down the street and the doll museum just up the road from that!

Do you like history?  Find a nearby re-enactment group and join!  You can find people who love to share re-living the French and Indian War, the Revolutionary War, the War of 1812, the Civil War (that's the one my wife and I indulge in)...you go with your friends and actually camp in  reproductions of period tentage, cook authentic period meals over campfires, dress in period clothing and you can even participate in mock battles - the weapons, by the way, are absolutely for real - you just don't put bullets in with the gunpowder.  At the beginning of this month, almost ten thousand folks got together down in Pennsylvania and re-enacted the Battle of Gettysburg.  THAT was SPECTACULAR!!

But you pick whatever theme appeals to you, and arrange your campsite and schedule so you can go ahead and enjoy the outdoor activities whenever ya please.  I can point ya to a couple world-class landlocked salmon fisheries up here in the northern counties of New York state...and so can the state office of tourism!
