Fun Game! Why do you believe God does or does not exist?

Here's the fun part! You have to answer as someone of ANOTHER faith. So for instance, if you're religious, you have to answer as an atheist, and if you're an atheist, you have to answer as a Christian.

I believe God exists because the bible says God exists.

Its obvious you knew when you posted this question that you were only expecting answers from non-believers. There answers are flawed, and there knowledge of the Bible is severely lacking. Unlike you people, I have respect for what other people believe. Believe what you want, I know I do, and its my choice. So why do you think bashing one religion makes you special. But don't worry, I'm sure you'll get some more answers. I know if i was answering as a Christian i would defiantly have to say that if there is a painting you know there is a painter, if there is a building, you know there is a builder, so if there is a creation, there is a creator.

Just something to leave you all with. I know i would rather believe in something my whole life to find out there was really nothing, than to believe in nothing my whole life and find out i missed out.

I'm Atheist so....I'll answer as a Christian:

I believe in God because he is a beacon of hope when the world has turned against his glorious followers, he gives forgiveness and free-will to all his loyal subjects, he created us all in his image and punishes us fairly. In return all he asks is for us to obey his laws and have faith in him.

God is real.  How else could everything exist?  It just makes logical sense.  When you see a beautiful sunrise or a sunset, or a smiling child, or an angel tiptoeing down a rainbow above a pristine lake, how do you explain something like that?  There has to be a god!  Nothing else makes sense.

As the Quaran states, Muhammad (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) was an illiterate man and his ability to perfectly construct such a holy book as the Quaran is proof in itself of Allah's existance

I believe in God our Lord Jesus because he is in the Bible, and since the bible is the word of God that must be true, therefore God exists because it say so in the bible.

I believe in God Jesus because he showed so much love to us and he was all powerful, however to enable himself to forgive us he had to kill himself son in a blood sacrifice , there was no other alternative because he is all powerful so he had to do that.

The bible is perfect, there are no mistakes, no contradictions even when it talks about stoning kids to death because they were disobedient, that is the proof of God's infinite love.

I am a Christian because I got  brainwashed at a very young age and cannot think for myself, and God exists otherwise I would not be a Christian.

Jesus is my savior , Hallelujah, praise Jesus!
