OK, so you know the game Operation? Well if you could make up you own peices in the game what would they be? Sorry it's kinda random, lol. BTW feel free to list as many as you want!

I remember the game, but only vaguely. Therefore, the following ideas may already be in the game. At any rate, here are some of my favorites:

"Water on the Brain" (water bucket in the cranium)

"Lockjaw" (padlock in the mouth)

"Pane in the Neck" (window frame in the neck)

"Collar Bone" (folded shirt in one shoulder)

"Dislocated Shoulder" (pirate-style map in the other shoulder)

"Tennis Elbow" (tennis racquet in an elbow)

"Carpal Tunnel" (fish in a wrist)

"Butterflies in the Stomach" (self-explanatory)

"Liver and Onions" (onion slice in place of the liver)

"Gas" (gas can in the abdominal area)

"Bloating" (inflated balloon in the same area)

"Thunder Thighs" (lightning bolt in each thigh - must remove both)

"Chicken Legs" (drumstick in each lower leg - must remove both)

"Athlete's Foot" (barbell in a foot)
